Morgan McGlone, a stalwart of the Australian dining scene, the brains and brawn behind Belle’s Hot Chicken and former head chef at Husk, Nashville brings his years of experience, Southern American twist and signature style to Natural History.

 

Sommelier Gavin Wraith, along with McGlone, has put together a wine list with a strong natural focus, sourced from smaller and new wave Australian producers. The list will also pay homage to the ‘old school’ as well.
